Operational Situation in the Republic, September 8 to 9

140 crimes were recorded, 10 of which had been previously committed.
In particular: 38 cases of driving a vehicle by persons deprived of the right to drive, with a suspended right, or without a driver’s license,
11 cases each of infliction of bodily injuries and drug detection,
7 cases of mental assault,
6 cases of physical impact,
5 cases of forgery of documents,
4 cases each of destruction or damage to property and seizure of firearms and ammunition,
3 cases each of theft of personal property, fraud, and illegal entrepreneurial activity,
2 cases each of extortion, hooliganism, self-justice, forgery of documents, and violation of the inviolability of the apartment,
Other cases included kidnapping, robbery, vehicle theft, cyber theft, cruelty to animals, drug trafficking, non-payment of taxes, duties or other fees, smuggling of narcotics, circulation of raw materials or goods not meeting safety requirements, improper performance of work or provision of services, obstruction, and other offenses.
Among previously committed crimes, the following were solved:
3 cases each of fraud and theft of personal property,
1 case each of attempted murder, burglary, causing of bodily harm and extortion.
3 wanted persons were located, and 3 individuals voluntarily surrendered.
1 missing person was found.
12 cases of voluntary surrender of firearms and ammunition were registered.
RTA Statistics:
Over the past 24 hours, 19 road traffic accidents were recorded, resulting in 38 people sustaining injuries of varying degrees.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
