According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 143 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from July 4 to July 8, 8 of which were previously committed crimes.
In particular, 40 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 26 cases of personal theft, 20 cases of fraud, 8 cases of drug detection, 5 cases of abuse of office, 4 cases of death threats, 3 cases of abduction, intentional destruction of property, disorderly conduct and battery, 2 cases of burglary, squandering or embezzlement, seizure of weapons and ammunition, illegal cutting of trees, violation of the inviolability of the home and arbitrariness, 1 case of robbery, theft of state or public property , forgery or negligence, obstruction of justice, illegal crossing of the State border and voluntary surrender of narcotic drugs.
7 wanted persons have been detected, 4 others turned themselves in to the Police, 1 missing person has been found.
From earlier committed crimes 3 cases of personal theft, 1case of infliction of bodily injuries and burglary have been solved.
Over the past 4 days, 50 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 8 persons died, 78 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
