A person wanted by the law enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation was located at Zvartnots Airport
As a result of operational and intelligence measures carried out by the officers of the Community Police of Zvartnots Airport, on August 25, following the arrival of the Rome-Yerevan flight, a 33-year-old foreign national was brought to the division and arrested. He had been wanted by the law enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation since February 14, 2024, on charges of violating traffic regulations. Arrest was selected as a measure of restraint.
Information about the discovery of the wanted person has been reported to the authority that initiated the search and to the Prosecutor’s Office․
