"Opel Astra" driver killed in an RTA on Sevan-Yerevan highway

On Monday, December 21 Charentsavan police division received a report informing that «Opel Astra» driver Gevorg Harutyunyan, DOB 1967, died on the spot and his passenger, as well as one of the occupants of the «Lexus-400» were hospitalized after the cars collided with each other, left the carriageway and ran into roadside trees on the 35th km of Sevan-Yerevan highway at 12:20 p.m. that same day.
In connection with the incident materials are being prepared at Charentsavan Investigation division of the RA Investigation Committed.
A criminal case has been launched under the RA Criminal Code, article 242, part 2.
