Young man wanted for theft detained in Nor Kharberd quarter

Thanks to operational intelligence measures takne by officers from Shengavit police division, Stepan S., DOB 1990, was detained in Nor Kharberd quarter on Thursday, July 16 at 12 p.m. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 2 /theft/ since July 7, 2015.
