Fugitive thief turns himself in to the Police

On Tuesday January 20 at 1:30 p.m. Suren S., DOB 1989, turned himself in at Kotayk Police division. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 2, points 1, 2 and 3 / theft/ since May 20, 2014.
