Wanted man detected in Goris town

At 20:30 on October 13 officers of Goris police division detained Armen O., DOB 1985, at the intersection of Artsakh highway and Mashtots street, Goris town. The detainee had been wanted for intentional infliction of heavy damage to health since October 8 of this year.
