On December 21, at 15:30, the operative group of the General Investigation department of the RA police delivered Sevak D., born in 1989, to the RA on the  Moscow-Yerevan flight plane, the latter had been wanted by Artashat police division since November 4, 2011, charged under desertion.
Custody is chosen as a measure of restraint.
Sevak D. Was handed over to Artashat police division.
