Young man wanted for intentional infliction of grave damage to health turns himself in

On Monday November 3 at 1:15 p.m. Armen M., DOB 1994, turned himself in at Tumanyan police division. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 112, part 2, point 1 /intentional infliction of grave damage to health/ since September 2, 2013.
