Wanted man transported to Armenia by Rostov-on-Don–Yerevan flight

On Saturday November 29  at 9:55 a.m. Arsen A., DOB 1986, was detained in the city of Rostov-on-Don, Russia, by officers of the General Department of Criminal Intelligence of the RA Police and transported to Armenia by Rostov-on-Don–Yerevan flight. The detainee had been wanted by Vagharshapat division of the RA Police charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 3, point 1 /theft/ since July 15, 2013.
