Man wanted for battery turns himself in to the Police

Thanks to the explanatory work carried out by officers from Nor-Nork police division along with their colleagues from Avan and Nor-Nork branch of the division of Execution of alternative types of punishments of the Criminal-Executive Department of the RA Ministry of Justice, Arkadi I., DOB 1979, turned himself in to the Police. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal code, artcle 118, part 1 /battery/ since October 21, 2015.
