On Wednesday, May 13 Hamlet Kh., DOB 1982, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers from Bagratashen police subdivision. The detainee had been wanted by Qanaqer-Zeytun police division charged under the Republic of Armenia Criminal code, article 178, part 1 /swindling/ since April 17, 2015.
