Man wanted by Latvian Police detained at Bagratashen BCP by Armenian Police officers

On Friday, March 11 at 7:55 p.m. Armen Khachatryan, DOB 1968, was detained at Bagratashen BCP. The man had been wanted by Police of the Republic of Latvia charged under the Latvian Criminal Code, article 179, part 1 /squandering or embezzlement/ and article 275, part 2 /forging documents/ since June 15, 2015.
