Fugitive swindler detained in Nor Kharberd residential quarter of Yerevan

Thanks to the operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Malatia division alongside their colleagues from Charbakh subdivision of  the RA Police, Mkhitar H., DOB 1986, was detained in Nor Kharberd residential quarter of Yerevan on Saturday, March 28 at 8:10 p.m. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178,  part 2, points 1 and 2 /swindling/ since March 26, 2015.
