On charge of breach of traffic rules in The Komi Republic

At 13:50 on November 4 Hamlet P., DOB 1973, was detained near Bagratashen customs office by officers of Bagratashen police subdivision. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcers of  The Komi Republic charged for breach of traffic rules since September 16 of this year.
