Young fugitive detained at Bagratashen BCP

On Tuesday December 2 at 2:50 p.m. David P., DOB 1993, was detained in the vicinity of Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers of Bagratashen police subdivision. The detainee had been wanted by Military Police of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia,  charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 364, part 2 /refusal from performing his military duties/ since October 2, 2014.
