Wanted man arrives in Armenia and turns himself in to the Police

Robert N., DOB 1958, turned himself in following explanatory measures taken by officers from Nor-Nork police division along with their colleagues from Avan subdivision of the RA Police. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal code, artcle 325, part 1 since July 9, 2014.
