Wanted man detected in Abovyan town

Due to the operational search measures taken by officers of Kotayk police division, at 09:05 on August 20, Arman M., DOB 1993, was detained on Russia street, Abovyan town. The detainee had been wanted charged under article 359, section 1 (Breach of relations, prescribed by field manuals, between servicemen not subordinated to each other) of the RA Criminal code since August 17 of the current year.
