Police detain fugitive thief wanted by Russian law enforcement bodies

Edward T., DOB 1983, was detained on Moldovakan street, Dilijan following special measures taken by officers from Dilijan division of the RA Police. The man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of the city of Saint Petersburg  charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 158, part 1 /theft/ since November 9, 2014.
