Man wanted by Rostov law enforcers

At 11:00 on October 2 officers of Yerevan city department of the RA police detained Rustam A., DOB 1988. The latter had been wanted by law enforcers of Rostov oblast, Russia, charged for committing a car  accident resulting in bodily harms since September 25, 2011.
