RTA with fatal outcome on Arshakunyats avenue, Yerevan

On Monday October 20 at 10:10 a.m. a 39-year-old man turned himself in at Shengavit police division who pled guilty to having killed pedestrian Arsen Isahakyan, DOB 1989, at 89 Arshakunyats avenue, Yerevan, whilst at the wheel of his “Opel Astra” at 9:30 a.m. on the same day.  
Investigation is underway.
