On charge of infliction of a grave injury which have involved the death of the victim by negligence

At 13:30 on January 14 Hayk P., DOB 1976, was detained by officers of Nor Hachn subdivision of Nairi division of the RA police in Nor Hachn town. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Altai krai, Russian Federation, charged under the Russian Criminal code, article 111, part 4/ infliction of a grave injury which have involved the death of the victim by negligence/ since 2003.
