Man wanted by Russian law enforcers comes to the police

Due to the undertaken measures and carried out explanatory works of the officers of Vanadzor police division, at 20:30 on April 18, Russian citizen Armen Gh., DOB 1975, came to the police. The latter had been reported wanted by South Sakhalin law enforcers charged under section 1 of the 228-th article of Russian criminal code (manufacture, storage, delivery of narcotic drugs).
