Police detain man wanted by Russian law enforcement agencies on charges of giving a bribe

On Saturday, February 21 at 10:30 a.m. Armen Sh., DOB 1986, turned himself in at the General Department of Criminal intelligence of the RA Police following explanatory work carried out by police officers. The man had been wanted by the Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Northern administrative district of Moscow city charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 291, part 3 /giving a bribe/ since February 2, 2015.
