Man wanted by Russian law enforcement bodies turns himself in to the Police

On Wednesday, April 8 at 8:40 p.m. Abel K., DOB 1969, turned himself in to the Police following explanatory work carried out by officers from Central police division. The man had been wanted under the Russian Criminal Code, article 159 /swindling/ since September 12, 2014.
