Fugitive swindler detained at bus station

Thanks to the operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Talin and Ashtarak divisions of the RA Police, Tovmas M., DOB 1969, was detained at the bus station of Ashtarak town. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 1 /swindling/ since January 8, 2016. Tovmas M. has been taken to Talin division of the RA Police.
