Man wanted for smuggling turns himself in to the Police

On Tuesday, September 22 at 11:50 p.m. Vache Ch., DOB 1977, turned himself in at Central division of the RA Police. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 215, part 1 /smuggling/ since September 22, 2015.
