Man wanted by law enforcement agencies of Sochi city, Russia, detained in Yerevan

Russian citizen Artur M., DOB 1980, who had been wanted by law enforcement agencies of Sochi city, Russia, charged for swindling since July 17, 2013, was detected in one of the cafes located on Isahakyan street, Yerevan and detained by Armenian police officers.
