Woman deceases in resuscitation department after being run down

As previously reported, about 18:00 on July 9, Armen Kh., DOB 1985, ran down Manya Petrosyan, DOB 1937, in Jrashen village, Armavir province and then fled the scene.
Thanks to the measures taken by police officers Armen Kh. was detained at 19:10 on the same day.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
