Driver surrenders himself to Police after committing a hit-and-run accident

About 19:15 on November 4 the driver of an unidentified automobile (the state number of the automobile is unknown) committed a hit-and-run accident at the intersection of Arzni-Byureghavan highway. Razmik R., DOB 1967, - the victim - was hospitalized with bodily injuries.
Thanks to the operational investigation measures taken by police officers, Garegin B., DOB 1960, came to police station and pleaded guilty.
Preliminary investigatin is underway.
