After 10 years on the run man wanted by law enforcement bodies of Saratov oblast, Russia turns himself in to the Police

Thanks to the explanatory work carried out by officers from the General Department on combating organized crime along with their colleagues from Lori Marz Department and Bazum division of the RA Police, Karen U., DOB 1980, turned himself in to the Police. The man had been wanted by the Department of the Russian MIA for Saratov oblast, charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 228, part 1 since April 5, 2005.
