On Saturday December 6 at 6:15 p.m. Avetik M., DOB 1978, was detained  near the dwelling house at 81 Raffi street, Yerevan, following operational search measures taken by officers from Malatia division of Police of the Republic of Armenia. The detainee had been wanted by Lyuberetsk division of Moscow oblast Deaprtment of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 327, part 3 /forgery/ since January 24, 2014.
