The Head of the General Department of Criminal Investigations Meets the Regional Legal Attaché of the US Department of Justice

On August 22, the head of the general department of criminal investigations, police colonel Vardan Vardanyan welcomed Heather Bergey, the regional legal attaché of the US Department of Justice, as well as Jamie Andrely, the deputy head of the regional security service of the US Embassy in Armenia for investigations, and Tigran Petrosyan, criminal forgery investigator of the regional security service of the US Embassy in Armenia.
Emphasizing the operative and multifaceted cooperation of the US law enforcement services in the detection of particularly serious crimes and the detection of wanted individuals, Vardan Vardanyan expressed his gratitude for the assistance provided in the recent period. He also mentioned that the Armenian police is always ready for active cooperation in the fight against crimes.
In the course of the meeting, other issues related to training and cooperation were also discussed.
