Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (December 6-7)

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 46 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from December 6 to December 7.
In particular, 9 cases of theft of personal property, 6 cases of infliction of bodily injuries and fraud, 4 cases of detection of narcotics, 3 cases of battery, 2 cases of abuse of authority, forgery of documents, smuggling of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, false denunciation, 1 case of burglary, squandering or embezzlement, extortion, hooliganism, escape from a penitentiary institution, violation of electoral right, forgery of an identification number and theft or extortion of drugs or psychotropic substances.
From earlier committed crimes 3 cases of burglary have been detected, 1 case of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition has been registered, 7 wanted persons have been detained, and six others surrendered themselves to the Police.
Over the past 1 day, 12 road traffic accidents have been registered in the republic: 1 person died, 18 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
