Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (January 18-21)

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 114 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from January 18 to 21.
In particular, 34 cases of theft of personal property, 19 cases of fraud, 17 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 5 cases of hooliganism and battery, 4 cases of illegal felling of trees and abuse of official authority, 3 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement, extortion and poaching, 1 case of robbery, intentional destruction f property, counterfeiting, bribery, iIllegal harvesting of aquatic flora, failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of their professional duties to provide medical services or medical assistance,sexual assault, forgery of documents and sale of narcotics.
4 wanted person have been detected, 8 others surrendered themselves to the Police, 5 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 12 cases of theft of personal property, 3 cases of burglary, 1 case of banditry, fraud and illegal felling of trees have been solved.
Over the past 3 days, 31 accidents have been registered in the republic: 42 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
