Police detain man wanted by Police of the city of Tolyatti

Thanks to special measures taken by officers from Sevan police division, Gor H., DOB 1984, was detained. The man had been wanted under the Russian Criminal Code, article 158, part 1 /theft/ since January 16, 2016.
