An exposure 22 years later

Nearly 22 years ago оn October 20, 1990, a report was received at Gyumri police division informing that the wheels, searchlights, windscreen and cleaning brushes of a «Moskvich 2140» model automobile, belonging to a Gyumri city resident, Andranik G., born in 1960,  had been stolen.
Yesterday, on November 27, due to the operational-search measures undertaken by the police officers, it was found out that the theft was committed by Samvel G., born 1945.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
