Fugitive swindler detained in Gyumri

On  Thursday December 18 at 9 p.m. Myasnik G., DOB 1980, was detained on Gharibjanyan street, Gyumri, following special measures taken by officers from Kumayri police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 1 / swindling/ since December 17, 2014.
