Man wanted for murder in Gugark, also charged with rape committed in Stavropol krai, Russia

On Tuesday, Spetember 18, 2014, Artur Ghavalyan was detained after Gugark Police division received a report informing that the latter had killed Haykush Ashughyan and inflicted bodily damage on Raffi Ghavalyan.  
Police managed to establish that A. Ghavalyan had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Stavropol krai, Russian Federation, charged with rape since November 18, 2013.
The initiator of the intelligence has been notified of A. Ghavalyan’s detection.
