Man detained after surrendering himself to the local court

On Monday February 23 at 2:45 p.m. Aram A., DOB 1967, was taken to Tavush police divison after surrendering himself to the Court of General Jurisdiction of Tavush Marz.  The detainee had been declared wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 2.
