Due to the measures undertaken by the police officers of Malatiya police division, at 19:00 on April 3, Gurgen H., DOB 1956, was detained on Isakov avenue. The detainee had been wanted by the law enforcers of Tver oblast, RF, accused of illegal storage, use and sale of narcotic drugs since April 1, 2004.
