After 19 years on the run, wanted Russian citizen detained at Bagratashen BCP

On Monday, April 6 at 3:30 p.m. Russian citizen Larisa M., DOB 1975, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers from Bagratashen police subdivision. The woman had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Primorski krai, Russia, charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 206, part 2 /hostage taking/ since November 27, 1996.
The initiator of the intelligence has been notifed of Larisa M.'s detection.
