Police detain swindler fugitive who "had left for” Jermuk

On Wednesday May 28 about 12 a.m. Ishkhan Ch., DOB 1980, was detected in Jermuk town, Armenia, and detained by officers of Baghramyan police division. The man had been wanted  by Artik police division charged for swindling since May 26 of this year.
