At 15:45 on March 12, the police officers of Malatiya police division along with the officers of Malatiya passport division detained David P., DOB 1986, near the house 22 on Aram Sargsyan street. The detainee had been wanted by Arabkir police division accused of fraud and forgery, sale or use of false documents, stamps, seals, blanks, state numbers of transportation means since July 4, 2012.
