Young man wanted for hooliganism detected in Qasakh village

Thanks to the special measures taken by officers from Nairi police division Armen A., DOB 1988. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 258, part 3, points 1 and 4 /hooliganism/ since September 24, 2015.
Armen A. has been handed over to the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts. 
House arrest has been selected as a measures of restraint.
