On November 7, at 03:30 from Mashtots avenue and Khorenatsi street crossroads the police officers of Central police department detained Arman G., born in1974, on a  suspicion of committing an act of hooliganism.
It was found out that on the same day at 03:00 he used curses to the address of Arsen A., born in 1986, and three times fired shots from his “Valter” model 9 mm calibre pistol.
Arman G. handed over the pistol.
The circumstances are being looked into.
An investigation is underway.
