The task force of the RA police, being away in Moscow with business trip on May 14-17, realizing the information The General department of criminal intelligence of the RA police received, along with officers of the MIA of the RF detected and detained Ashot K., DOB 1958, at 17:00 on May  15. The detainee had been wanted by Malatiya police division chargedd under article 258, section 3, subsection 2 (hooliganism committed by offering resistance to a representative of authorities, or a person carrying out a duty of public order protection or a person preventing breach of public order) since August 20, 2002.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint.
