Wanted man detected in Gyumri

At 08:30 on October 1 officers of Mush police division along with officers of the GDCOC detained Armen T., DOB 1990, at 15 P. Sevak street, Gyumri. The detainee had been wanted charged under article 359, section 1 of the RA Criminal code, namely breach of relations, prescribed by field manuals, between servicemen not subordinated to each other, expressed in humiliation of the person’s honor and self-esteem, persecution or violence, since September 6 of this year.
