Wanted for breaking rules of traffic and vehicle operation

At 07:10 on April 6, officers of Arabkir police division detained Hrachya M., DOB 1962, on Admiral Isakov avenue. The detainee had been wanted accused under the 242-nd article of the Criminal code of Armenia (breach of rules of traffic and vehicle operation).
