Man wanted by law enforcers of Kharkov oblast, Ukraine

Thanks to the operational and search measure taken by officers of the General department of criminal intelligence along with the officers of Lori marz Department and those of Stepenavan police division, Karen A., DOB 1980, who was  reported internationally wanted, was detained at 08:30 on September 3. The latter had been wanted by law enforcers of Kharkov oblast, Russia, charged for infliction of bodily harm since December 25, 2006.
